Integrated Retail was proud to take part in this landmark exhibition, where we had the opportunity to showcase our latest innovations—most notably, the launch of Allegory AI, our intelligent product storytelling platform designed to bridge the digital-physical divide in brick-and-mortar retail.

Elevating the Art of Storytelling: From Data to Experience

One of the most powerful aspects of Allegory AI lies in its ability to move beyond static product facts—and unlock immersive, next-level storytelling.

Our Live Demonstration at NRF APAC

To effectively communicate the value of Allegory AI, we created an immersive, live demonstration at our booth. The setup simulated a typical grocery aisle using a selection of curated items from German Market Place and a range of wines to illustrate the breadth of product categories the solution could support.

Visitors were able to interact with Allegory AI as real customers would. The demo showcased the solution’s versatility in answering a wide range of customer questions, such as:

  • “Is this product packaged sustainably?”
  • “Does this item contain common allergens like dairy or nuts?”
  • “What kind of wine pairs well with dark chocolate?”

Whether the question was fact-based or preference-driven, Allegory AI was able to respond with relevant and accurate information—instantly.

This level of personalization and transparency would be difficult for in-store associates to replicate consistently, particularly in high-SKU environments such as grocery, wine, personal care, or specialty retail. Allegory AI solves this challenge by offering contextual, easily accessible product knowledge at scale.

How It Works: Connecting to Your Existing Retail Systems

A common question from NRF attendees was, “Where does Allegory AI source its information?”

The answer is simple: Allegory AI draws product data directly from a retailer’s existing Product Information Management (PIM) system, inventory management platform, or backend database. This ensures that the product information being presented to customers is:

Integrated Retail is currently in discussions with several partners to roll out Allegory AI pilots in the coming months across Southeast Asia.
